Service and Support Administration
To access the services listed on this web site, contact the Service and Support Administration (SSA) Department. Their services include:
- Helping families and individuals assess eligibility for services
- Helping to evaluate an individual’s need for services
- For IO Waiver, Level I Waiver and Supported Living recipients:
- Developing a customized service plan
- Helping with the selection of service providers
- Monitoring progress of the service plan
- Performing quality assurance reviews
- Ensuring that services are effectively coordinated and delivered by appropriate providers
- Maintenance of all Waiting Lists for LCBMRDD services
- Administration of the Family Resources Services Program
- Information and Referral/Linkage to other community agencies
